The Challenges
- Aging Lower School building

THE SOLUTION
Fideles has prayerfully entered into a verbal agreement with Telos Investments to purchase the neighboring United Rentals properties. While certain details are still being worked out—including an executed purchase agreement—and the plan may adjust as circumstances unfold, we believe this represents our best strategic step forward at this time. The purchase and development of these buildings are intended to address the facility challenges presented by our lower building.
